Our Nonprofit Mission: Innovative Housing Solutions for Southern Colorado
Homeland Innovators Housing First is a Colorado-based nonprofit committed to creating safe, sustainable, and affordable housing solutions for individuals and families in need. Guided by the principles of the National Alliance to End Homelessness, we believe housing is the foundation for stability, dignity, and lasting opportunity. Our work is rooted in the understanding that when people have a secure place to call home, they are better equipped to heal, grow, and thrive.

With a strong focus on families, military, first responders, veterans, and single mothers with children, we are dedicated to breaking the cycle of housing insecurity by providing not only homes but pathways to independence through the support of our partners. We work to ensure those we serve have access to the resources, support systems, and community connections necessary to rebuild their lives. Through the development of green, sustainable housing communities, Homeland Innovators is investing in solutions that create long-term positive impact for residents, neighborhoods, and future generations.

The HLI Entrepreneur Membership Group
The Homeland Innovators Entrepreneurship Membership Group (HLI-EMG) is a private, deal-driven networking community where entrepreneurs, investors, and business owners come together to collaborate, share opportunities, and support one another and the community.
Members meet monthly at the PEDCO Building in Pueblo to discuss real estate deals, business ventures, investment opportunities, and community impact. The group includes individuals who have successfully closed real estate transactions, business acquisitions, and other entrepreneurial projects.
Membership is $100/year, and a portion of proceeds is donated annually to a local charity selected by the group — combining business growth with community contribution.
